Somewhere in the farthest galaxy
Dribble of blue sperms
flowing through his green flippers
are heavenly orgasms;
He propels through black space
crossing spheroid and
super luminous spiral galaxies…
China pink double helix
patterns around umbilicus are
illustrations of pink snakes concoction
Green flukes bops for
the clanks of murky-black hushes
He is a lime tubular-egg shape
large as Laniakea Supercluster, who
Pukes luminous infrared gas
forming hoops of bay and vistas
of gargantuan galactic clusters
He slumbers deep in
meditation after aeons
of dark void voyage;
His pupil is a titanic black hole
Slurping scleras of nebulla hyperboles
He is The ‘Yereq Nephil Shemen Tannin’

While most of this post went over my head, I could make out that you’re either into Astrophysics or some such field. Am I right?

Firstly Thank you for reading my poetry.. I appreciate.. I was an aspiring astrophysicist who did my Bachelors in Physics.. But unfortunately i am currently a Data analyst..
This series of mine ‘Eldritch Abominate Creatures’ is my inspirations on Postmodern literature and Surrealism. Also Borges’ ‘ The book of imaginary beings’ served as a catalyst.
Also Oscar Wilde’s & James Joyce’s writings..
I am very grateful that you read it 🙂

I feel so less intelligent, as of now.
But I could sense Biology plus, a slight tinge of poetry in there.
And I must accept that the lines:
” He slumbers deep in
meditation after aeons
of dark void voyage;”
have got stuck in my head real bad. 😀
Strangely, I found so much beauty in its usage. 🙂

Thanks a lot for the beautiful comment Ananya… I am basically trying to create a humongous creature which is 3 times bigger than the biggest known galaxy ever (IC 1101), It swims in the space for ages and its rhythmic motion puts him in a sedate state.. Through out the poetry i tried to explain how big he/it is… like ‘large as Laniakea Supercluster’ .. Great that u loved it.. 🙂 🙂
This is the 3rd piece in the series of my ‘Eldritch Abominate Creatures’

You write so knowledgeable, ya, Dilip!
Look at bloggers like us, just going for lame attempts on love and hatred.
And look at you! Creating a humongous creature which is 3 times bigger than the biggest known galaxy ever (IC 1101). (Copied right).
Waiting for another one of your raps. So that I’ll be able to relate with it fully and easily. 😀

You could have imagined creatures out of what we as human beings see or have seen on this planet and that would have been the easiest thing to do. But the fact that you chose space and imagine a creature out of everything that is space would make even a non-astro person curious. Its almost like a star map, you connect the dots, you get to see the clear picture. Keep writing and best wishes!
